I would recommend Gavin to anyone and everyone! He recently helped my husband and I buy our first house and we absolutely loved having him there to help us! Being first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect or what the steps towards buying a house even were. He walked us through the process, explained each step to us so that we knew where we were and what was going on. He was there to answer any and every question we had, no matter how silly. Even now as we are getting settled into the new house and realizing we have more questions, he is always making himself available to answer as many as we can think of.
